Henil Patel

Henil Patel has been working in the software engineering field since 2007. Henil began their career as a software intern at A.D Patel Institute of Technology, where they worked on an in-house project for their undergraduate school, developing an application for managing an online telephone directory for all staff, faculty, and students of the school, as well as an online book reservation/check out system for the library. In 2012, they moved to Alerting Solutions Corporation as a Software Engineer. From 2013 to 2021, Henil worked at BlackBerry AtHoc as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were an expert in authentication frameworks including SSO, OAuth, SAML, and RBAC, and experienced in enterprise and subscription-based alerting and notifications SaaS Platform. Henil also mentored offshore team members and ensured quality standards through code reviews. Theirprimary technologies included object-oriented programming, relational databases, microservices, restful architecture, SSO, SAML, OAuth, SaaS, distributed systems, and queuing frameworks such as Kafka. Currently, Henil is a Senior Software Engineer at Vineti.

Henil Patel has a Master's degree in Computer Science from California State University, Los Angeles, which they earned from 2008 to 2011. Henil also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from A.D Patel Institute of Technology, which they earned from 2003 to 2007.
