Joana is a strategic and innovative HR leader with over ten years of expertise in HR across several fast-growing industries including Technology, IT, and Professional Services. Her passion is focused on coaching others, building leadership capabilities, and developing strategies to enable award-winning cultures and high-performing teams. She is a collaborative, results-driven leader and leads with integrity, empowerment, and authenticity. Joana holds a degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Behaviour from McMaster University and a post-graduate certificate from Sheridan Institute of Technology in HR Management. She is currently working towards completing an Executive Coaching certificate with Royal Roads University
