Jane Ireland

Jane Ireland is an experienced professional in organizational development and leadership capability, currently serving as General Manager, Organisation Development at Virgin Australia since April 2023. Prior to that, Jane held the position of Director of Organisational Development at Ramsay Health Care from November 2021 to April 2023, and Group Head of Culture and Capability at Westpac from March 2020 to August 2021. Jane’s extensive career includes various roles at Qantas, where responsibilities spanned talent management and leadership development, as well as positions at Wesfarmers Insurance and Coca-Cola Amatil focusing on human resources and learning development. Jane holds multiple master's degrees in Positive Psychology, Coaching Psychology, and Management from the University of Sydney and Macquarie Graduate School of Management, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Arts from UNSW.
