Joy Lin

Joy Lin is a Communication and Practice Engagement Coordinator at Viridian Financial Group, responsible for developing communication strategies and managing key stakeholders within the company since January 2021. Prior to this role, Joy served as a Client Services Manager, providing operational support to advisers. Previous experience includes positions at AMP as an Advice Service Desk Consultant and at BT Financial Group as a Platinum Service Adviser Associate and Planner Assistant. Joy’s earlier career includes managing customer accounts at Financial Choice Pty Ltd and providing administrative support at The Back Office for Financial Services. Joy holds a Master of Business in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney, a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW, and various qualifications in financial planning from Kaplan Professional.
