Mónica Palmer has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Mónica started their career in 2000 at Nadro, where they worked as an Assistant for Clients and Suppliers, then as a Supervisor for the Database at Farmared. Mónica later transitioned to the IT field and became an Installer and Operator for Data Warehousing systems. At Nadro, they also worked as an Analyst and Manager, focusing on Business Intelligence and data management. In 2010, Mónica joined Sofinter S.L. as a Systems Consultant.
In 2011, Mónica joined VirKet Holding as an SEO Analyst, responsible for leading web positioning projects. Mónica quickly advanced to the role of SEO Manager and further to the position of SEO & SEM Senior Manager, leading teams and ensuring client satisfaction. Mónica worked at VirKet Holding until 2013, contributing to the design and implementation of SEO and SEM strategies.
In 2014, Mónica joined Virket Agencia as an Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations and contributing to the agency's success until 2016. Mónica then joined Virket Group as the Head of Operations, where they played a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery and quality of digital marketing services.
In 2017, Mónica took on the position of Agency General Manager at Virket Group, responsible for the overall performance of the agency and the generation of value for clients through digital marketing projects. Their responsibilities include developing new products and services, acquiring new clients, building efficient teams, and managing the financial aspects of the business.
Throughout their career, Mónica has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills, particularly in the fields of digital marketing and data management.
Mónica Palmer obtained a Licenciatura degree in Informática Administrativa from the Universidad Tecnológica de México from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Liderazgo y Empowerment from Tecnológico de Monterrey in January 2022, Certified Scrum Product Owner® from Scrum Alliance in May 2019, Inbound Certification from HubSpot in April 2016, Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in January 2014, and Google Adwords Fundamentals and Google Adwords Advanced from Google in May 2013.
