Saul Cooperstein

Saul Cooperstein has held various executive roles in the restaurant and hospitality industry since 2004. Saul began as Managing Director of Business Development at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality in 2004. In 2012, they assumed the roles of Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member at Umami Restaurant Group, LLC. In 2013, they became Principal at Laser Hospitality. In 2014, they joined the Board of Directors at 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria. In 2017, they were appointed Chief Financial and Strategy Officer, Restaurants (Barilla America) and Chief Revenue Officer, IKUSA Restaurant Subsidiary at Barilla Group. In 2020, they co-founded Creative Juice. In 2021, they became Chief Strategy and Development Officer at Virtual Dining Concepts, Advisory Board at Crave Delivery, and Chief Development Officer at C3 by sbe. Saul is currently Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at Creator Court.

Saul Cooperstein began their educational journey in 1995 at the University of California, Davis. Saul attended for one year before transferring to the University of California, Los Angeles, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics in 2000.
