Eric Konczal

Eric Konczal has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Vice President of Human Resources at Virtus Health, LLC since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at ASO Worldwide from March 2014 to August 2020. Eric also served as the HR Director for Global Mobility at Jabil from October 2011 to March 2014, where they led a team responsible for deploying talent across multiple countries. Before that, they held the position of Human Resources Manager for the Dominican Republic at Barrick Gold Corporation from July 2007 to June 2011. Eric has also worked as a Human Resources Director at ASO Worldwide from June 2001 to July 2007 and as a Human Resources Generalist at Watkins Wellness from December 1999 to June 2001. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Program Manager at World Emergency Relief, a Small Business Development Consultant in the Dominican Republic for the United States Peace Corps, and as an Assistant Talent Manager at The Disney Store. Eric began their career as a College Program Intern at Walt Disney World.

From 1990 to 1994, Eric Konczal attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management.
