Erin Fu

Erin Fu has a diverse background in product and experience design, currently serving as a Senior Director at Visa. Previously, Erin held significant roles at Citi as Vice President of Customer Experience Design and at American Express as a Senior Product Manager. Erin began their career as an IT Software/Systems Engineer at USAA and accumulated experience in various positions, including business development and marketing operations. Erin earned an MBA from Columbia University and is pursuing a BBA in Management Information Systems at Texas McCombs School of Business.
