Jose De La Paz has over 20 years of experience in technology and operations. From 1998 to 2001, they were the Manager of Technical Support at InternetConnect, a US Broadband provider and web hosting service. During their time there, they successfully launched a high-speed resilient network service. From 2001 to 2008, they were the Sr. Manager of Operations & Technology at British Telecom, where they headed the Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Change Management for a $600M+ business and was responsible for a $7M IT budget. From 2008 to 2014, they were the Vice President of Technology & Operations at FOX Interactive Media (MySpace/FIM/Easynet), where they created and extended US Network and Video Broadcast services from Easynet US to Sky UK and lead the business plan to interconnect and expand network services between FOX and SKY NEWS (BSKYB) MySpace, and the Easynet Network US/Europe. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Chief Technology & Operations Officer at GBH Communications, where they created and managed the company's technology strategic plan and product development of new innovative solutions that supported the business growth. Currently, they are the Head of Technology & Operations at VisibilityOne, a SaaS-based solution designed to proactively monitor and resolve performance issues in video conferencing applications and equipment. Jose has successfully launched a SaaS monitoring cloud platform that delivers real-time alerts and notifications for video conferencing services, IoT, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech, Poly, Cisco, Yealink, network QoS, hybrid users laptops, and connected peripherals.

Jose De La Paz attended Purdue University Global from 1998 to 2000, studying Computer Network Engineering. In July 2022, they obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. In June 2022, they obtained certifications in Health Privacy (HIPAA) and Information Security from the CITI Program.
