Vanessa Paré

Vanessa Paré has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Vanessa started their career in 2006 as a Préposée à l'administration at Banque Laurentienne. Vanessa then worked as a Technicienne en dotation at Autorité des marchés financiers from 2007 to 2011. Vanessa then joined Heenan Blaikie LLP as a Partenaire d'affaires RH - HR Manager from 2011 to 2013. Vanessa later moved to LASIK MD and worked as a Conseillère senior RH from 2013 to 2016. Vanessa also had a role as Responsable ressources humaines at Kinatex Sports Physio from 2016 to 2017. Vanessa then returned to LASIK MD as a Partenaire d'affaires ressources humaines/Human Resources Business Partner before transitioning to their current role as Gestionnaire, Talent & Culture/Manager, Talent & Culture at Vision Group Canada since 2019.
