Gwen Reinke

Gwen Reinke joined Vista Equity Partners in 2014 and is Vista’s Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Reinke oversees the regulatory and compliance functions for Vista, along with legal oversight for internal firm matters including fundraising.

Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Reinke worked at Blum Capital from 1993. While at Blum, she initially joined as the Director of Finance and most recently served as Partner, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer overseeing all the legal, regulatory and compliance functions. Prior to joining Blum, Ms. Reinke worked for Sen. Dianne Feinstein during her initial U.S. Senate campaign and term. She also served as Corporate Controller for USL Capital Corp., the Manager of Financial Reporting for Schwab, and started her career in the Audit Department at Deloitte & Touche. Ms. Reinke is a member of the State Bar of California and is also a CPA (inactive).
