Steve Appleby

Steve Appleby has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Steve currently holds the position of Regional Operations Director for Vistry Homes South East in Vistry Group since January 2022. Before that, they worked as the Commercial Director for Vistry Kent in the Regional Board from August 2020 to January 2022. Prior to joining Vistry Group, they had a long-standing tenure at Linden Homes South-East Limited starting from August 2001, where they held various Commercial roles. Steve also served as the Commercial Director for Linden Homes South East in the Regional Board from 2018 to 2020 and as the Commercial Director for Linden Homes Chiltern in the Regional Board from 2009 to 2014. Overall, their experience spans over 20 years in the construction industry.

Steve Appleby attended the University of Greenwich from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying BSc (Hons).
