Adam Barde

Adam Barde is a highly experienced healthcare consultant and executive, currently serving as the Fractional Concierge Medical COO at Adam Barde Consulting, LLC since January 2024. With over a decade of experience as an Independent Healthcare Consultant, Adam has played a significant role in COVID-19 response strategies, operational efficiencies in concierge medical practices, and the development of new medical center programs. Previous positions include Senior Principal at Slalom, Senior Director of Health Transformation at Blue Shield of California, and Director roles at UCSF Health, Stanford Health Care, and Penn Medicine's University of Pennsylvania Health System. Adam holds dual Master’s degrees in Health Administration and Gerontology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.
