About Yourself

You have been part of a technology consulting business in a leadership role (ideally with P&L responsibilities).

You have been exposed to custom software development in regulated industries with US customers.

  • but you can also get your hands dirty and do a whiteboard session with them or document a process.

You can understand our business model fast.

The Responsibilities

You will work with our delivery leadership team and our CEO to:

  • Create a process map;

  • Prioritize and document key processes (the 10-20-70 rule);

  • Mentor our functional leaders on implementing the processes with our team.

Duration & Time Commitment

We would like to start with a 6-month part-time engagement. We anticipate 20h/week as an involvement, with presence in our Bucharest Office being a big bonus.
