We are looking for a highly ambitious and detail-oriented Junior Manual Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team in Bucharest. As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and security of our solutions in the fast-paced and rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities

  • Executes manual test cases under varying circumstances for new functionalities and regressions;

  • Documents and evaluates test results;

  • Detects, logs, and reports product bugs and glitches;

  • Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors;

  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing;

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle;

  • Assist with developing quality control processes & product quality specifications;

  • Identifying areas of weakness to existing procedures, continually implement new procedures, and assess risk of impact from changes to project.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of testing experience in any discipline;

  • Advanced English knowledge (B2 or higher);

  • Good communication skills; experience working in cross-cultural settings a plus;

  • Excellent work ethic and team spirit;

  • High attention to detail;

  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
