Zack Cowan

Zack Cowan has work experience as a Software Engineer at Grainger since November 2020. Prior to that, they were a Full Stack Web Development Student at Coding Dojo where they gained extensive programming knowledge and skills. From 2016 to 2019, Zack worked at Vivid Seats LLC, starting as a Technical Support Specialist and later transitioning to roles such as Support and Onboarding Specialist and Vendor Relationship Manager. During their time at Vivid Seats LLC, they contributed to revenue growth, conducted user feedback calls, facilitated client onboarding, developed training materials, and provided helpdesk assistance to clients.

Zack Cowan completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Northern Colorado from 2011 to 2015. Their field of study was in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they acquired an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in October 2022.
