Katie Hicks

Katie Hicks, MSN RN, NE-BC, CPHQ has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and responsibilities. Katie currently works at Vizient, Inc as the Lead Operations & Quality Executive. Prior to this, they held the position of Lead Analytics & Improvement Manager at the same company.

Before joining Vizient, Inc, Katie worked at DCH Health System for a significant period. Katie started as a Registered Nurse in the Trauma Surgical Intensive Care Unit and later transitioned to become the Quality Management Nurse. Katie then took on the role of Manager of Quality Projects, where they were responsible for overseeing various quality initiatives. Finally, they served as the Assistant Director of Operations/Clinical Development & Education, where they directed nursing operations, clinical development and education, and also oversaw the Diabetes and Nutrition Education Center.
