Dr. Prentice Norman

Dr. Prentice Norman is an accomplished cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Director of Cybersecurity Practice at VMD Corp since August 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Architect at the Library of Congress from June 2021 to August 2022, and multiple positions at the US Department of Homeland Security USCIS, including Chief of Strategic Vendor Management and Chief of Performance and Standards. Dr. Norman possesses an extensive educational background with a Doctor of Science in Cybersecurity from Capitol Technology University, a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems, and a degree in Computer Science, both from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Professional certifications include CISSP, PMP, CEH, ITIL v3, CSM, and CSAM.
