Ciara Reid

Ciara Reid is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in technology, design, and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Conversational AI Developer at Vodafone since December 2022, Ciara previously held the role of Commercial Digital and Graphic Designer at dmg media from June 2019 to December 2022, and completed a Data Visualisation Internship at the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council in 2018. Earlier roles include PR Supervisor and Promotional Assistant at The Academy, along with customer-facing positions in hospitality and administration. Ciara's academic background includes a Master's degree in Interaction Design from the National College of Art & Design and a Bachelor's degree in Art from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology.
