Florentyna Frend's work experience begins in 2012 as an intern at Bank Spółdzielczy, where they monitored changes in law and drafted internal regulations. In 2013, they interned at Bank BGZ, assisting in creating rating models and scoring cards and calculating parameters relating to insolvency. Florentyna also worked as a legal intern at Kancelaria Radców Prawnych M. Wojciechowska-Szac, G. Kotarba, where they wrote court letters and contracts, provided documents to courts and other institutions, and dealt with civil law, public procurement law, labour law, and bankruptcy law. In 2013-2014, they served as an Ambassador at KPMG. At mCorporate Finance S.A., they were a trainee for a few months in 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at mBank S.A., initially as a trainee at mWealth Management S.A., then as a Banking Inspector at the Private Banking Department, and later as a senior specialist and senior project manager at mBank Brokerage Office. In 2018, they joined aion as a Product Owner until 2021. Currently, they are working at Vodeno as the Head of Daily Banking and previously held the role of Head of Technical Product Management from January 2023 onwards.

Florentyna Frend obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2016. During the same period, they also earned a Master's degree in Law from the University of Warsaw. From 2011 to 2014, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Kozminski University. Florentyna also acquired a certification in LCCI International Qualifications English for Business from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2013. In 2012 to 2014, they attended the British Law Centre at the University of Warsaw, though the degree name and field of study for this period are not specified.
