Kim Van Esbroeck

Kim Van Esbroeck has a diverse work experience in the financial and technology sectors. Kim is currently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and a member of the Management Board at Vodeno, where they focus on growing the Banking-as-a-Service business. In this role, they develop growth strategies, oversees sales, marketing, activation, and account management teams.

Prior to their current position, Kim worked at Aion, a subscription-based digital bank, where they served as the Country Head for Belgium. Their responsibilities included organizing and overseeing sales and business development activities, establishing partnerships, leading a squad of initiative owners, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to position Aion's brand and products. Kim was also the spokesperson for Aion in Belgium.

Before joining Aion, Kim held various roles at Bancontact Payconiq Company, including Chief Commercial Officer, CEO, and Chief Operations Officer. Kim was responsible for driving the company's commercial operations, managing infrastructure, quality control, supplier management, and marketing and communications.

Earlier in their career, Kim worked at Clear2Pay as the Head of Card Marketing, where they managed card payment marketing, launched a regional marketing organization, and headed the Card Expert Centre. Kim also worked at Integri as the Head of Marketing, Project Coordination Manager, and Test Consultant, where they focused on certification testing of payment terminals and project coordination.

Kim Van Esbroeck completed a Master's degree in Physics at KU Leuven from 1996 to 2000. A few years later, from 2000 to 2001, Kim pursued another Master's degree, this time in Artificial Intelligence, also at KU Leuven.
