Hamlet Collado

Hamlet Collado has worked in the technology industry since 2009. In 2009, they began their career as a VoIP Support Technician at pbxnsip. In 2010, they moved to snom technology AG, where they worked as a VoIP Support Technician, diagnosing and de-bugging IP-PBX troubles and gathering problem information for external and internal service personnel. In 2012, they joined Vodia Networks Inc. as a Sales Engineer and Tech Support/Sales, where they were responsible for diagnosing and de-bugging IP-PBX troubles, gathering problem information, and escalating problems as appropriate. Prior to 2009, they worked at Collado Industrial Supply from 2003 to 2009, where they managed the daily operations, interacted with customers, ordered supplies, and managed account receivables and accounts payables using QuickBooks.

Hamlet Collado attended Lawrence High School from 1995 to 1999. Hamlet then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business/Commerce, General from Northern Essex Community College. Hamlet also has additional training.
