Simon Mavros

Simon Mavros has worked in various IT roles since 2002. From 2002 to 2017, they worked at Nestl\u00e9 in various roles, including Major Incident Manager, Project Manager, Change, Asset and Configuration Manager, Change and Release Management Lead, and Change and Release Management Specialist. In 2017, they moved to Transport for NSW as a Technical Change Manager. In 2018, they took a role at the Reserve Bank of Australia as a Senior Business Analyst - Service Transition. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Volt Bank as Manager - IT Service Management and Production Support and Change, Release, Incident and Problem Manager. Currently, they are employed at Colonial First State as an IT Change Manager.

Simon Mavros completed a Degree in Applied Physics from the University of Technology Sydney and a Diploma of Aviation from the Sydney Institute of TAFE. Simon also holds certifications in ITIL Foundations V3, ITIL Practitioner Change Management, ITIL Practitioner Configuration Management, and ITIL Practitioner Release Management.
