Ben Fargiano

Ben Fargiano is a mechanical engineer who is currently working as a co-op at Volta Labs. Ben previously worked at Quantum Diamond Technologies Inc from January 2020 to April 2021. Ben's title there was Instrumentation Engineering Co-op. Some of their responsibilities included sketching fixture designs in SolidWorks, creating customizable templates and sample analysis tools in Excel, and designing tests for a robotic pipetting system. Ben also wrote new and modified existing MATLAB scripts to analyze the results from laser beam stability and magnetic field uniformity tests.

Ben Fargiano has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and they also went to Hopkinton High School.

They work with Ishaan Govindarajan - Systems Engineer, Liam Masters - Software Engineer, and Devin Junkins - Systems Integration Engineer. Ben Fargiano reports to Will Langford, Co-Founder & Head of Engineering.
