Role Summary
The Head of HR will play a key leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO. This position is central to driving the company’s expansion, fostering a high-performance culture, and building a robust HR function to support future growth. Responsibilities will include managing recruitment needs, strengthening employer branding, and developing HR processes and systems that align with the company's vision. The ideal candidate is agile, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in Bucharest, Romania, with occasional travel required.
Profile
Fluency in English and a relevant university degree
Extensive knowledge of HR management best practices and modern recruitment methods
Experience in an international context or with cross-border recruitment is highly desirable
A "builder" mindset, suited to dynamic, growth-oriented environments
Strong multi-tasking and delegation skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities
Resilient, results-oriented, and capable of making swift decisions

Key Responsibilities
The Head of HR will be responsible for shaping the HR strategy and ensuring the department plays a key role in the company's success. Key duties include:
Collaborating with the leadership team to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
Assisting departmental managers in identifying the necessary skills and competencies for their teams
Developing career paths and professional growth plans for employees at all levels
Ensuring succession planning for critical roles and identifying potential future leaders
Overseeing the performance management process, ensuring alignment with company values and goals
Conducting compensation benchmarking to ensure competitiveness within the industry
Designing and implementing training programs to upskill employees and improve team performance
Enhancing the employee onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Leading initiatives to strengthen employer branding and improve employee satisfaction and retention
Keeping up to date with HR trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices
