Chrys Torhan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and operational risk management. Currently serving as Head of IT & AI Risk Management at Voya Financial, Chrys developed a comprehensive IT Risk Management framework that addresses various IT domains. Previously at AIG, Chrys held dual roles as Head of Integrated Operational Risk Assessments and Global IT Risk Manager, where responsibilities included directing global operational risk assessments and managing technology and business risk integration. Additional experience includes a Vice President role at Morgan Stanley, where Chrys overseen control evaluations and regulatory compliance, as well as several positions at AIG and KPMG focused on technology audit and advisory. Chrys holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from Saint John's University.
