Michael Pratt

Michael Pratt has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Michael started their career in 2004 at Citigroup Asset Management as a Recruiter and HR professional. Michael then moved on to Legg Mason in 2005, where they served as an Assistant Vice President, HR Generalist until 2008. In 2008, they joined Voya Financial as a Vice President, Sr. HR Generalist, and later took on roles as Managing Director, Head of Human Resources and Chief Talent Officer. In 2014, they moved to Voya Investment Management as Managing Director, Head of Human Resources.

Michael Pratt attended Marist College from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration.
