Miguel Ortega has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Miguel most recently worked as the Vice President of Enterprise Workforce Management at VyStar Credit Union. Prior to that, they served as the Director of US Workforce Management and Global WFM Analytics at American Express. Miguel also had a long career in the US Army as an Engineering Officer, retiring in 2021.
