Miguel Ortega

Miguel Ortega has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Miguel most recently worked as the Vice President of Enterprise Workforce Management at VyStar Credit Union. Prior to that, they served as the Director of US Workforce Management and Global WFM Analytics at American Express. Miguel also had a long career in the US Army as an Engineering Officer, retiring in 2021. Miguel has held various leadership roles in workforce management and operations at companies such as Alorica, Web.com, Express Scripts, Deluxe Corp., CB Richard Ellis, Inc., and Teletech. Overall, Miguel brings a wealth of experience and expertise in managing and optimizing workforce operations.

Miguel Ortega obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business - Saint Louis University in the years 2005-2010. Miguel also completed courses at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College in the year 2019-2020, receiving Intermediate Level Education. In addition, Miguel Ortega earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Networks and Telecommunications from the University of Phoenix.
