Melissa Sellers

Melissa Sellers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Melissa is currently working at W. R. Grace & Co. as the VP & Deputy General Counsel, where they manage a team and oversees various legal areas. Prior to this, they held roles at The Hershey Company as Chief Counsel for Global Supply Chain, Antitrust, and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG). Melissa also served as Chief Counsel for Global Supply Chain & Antitrust, Chief Counsel for Supply Chain & International, Director and Senior Counsel for Global Supply Chain, Director and Senior Counsel for Americas, and Counsel for US Commercial at The Hershey Company. Before joining The Hershey Company, they worked as the Vice President & General Counsel at Phillips Foods, where they managed governance and provided legal guidance for a global seafood manufacturing and restaurant/franchise business. Melissa began their career as an attorney at Saul Ewing LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, governance, and antitrust. Prior to that, they worked at United Health Care/FrontierMedex, holding various roles including Director of Operations, Supervisor, and Coordinator, where they managed employees and provided assistance to travelers in crisis situations.

Melissa Sellers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, Sociology & Politics from the University of Galway. Melissa also obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
