Justin Gephart

Justin Gephart has been working in the telecommunications industry since 1999. Justin began their career as a Central Office/Outside Plant Supervisor at Montrose Mutual Telephone Co. In 2018, Gephart became the Program Director/Lead Instructor of the Broadband Telecom program at Illinois Eastern Community Colleges-Lincoln Trail College. In 2020, they were hired as a Communications Technician at Ameren and later that same year, they became a Network Engineer at Wabash Communications CO-OP. In 2021, Gephart was promoted to Network Operations Manager at Wabash Communications CO-OP.

Justin Gephart obtained an Associate of Science degree in Broadband/Telecommunications Technology from Illinois Eastern Community Colleges-Lincoln Trail College between 2016 and 2018. Justin also holds certifications from Calix (E7 GPON Specialist, obtained in February 2020), the Federal Communications Commission (General Radiotelephone Operator, obtained in February 2012), The Fiber Optic Association, Inc. (FOA) (Certified Fiber Optics Technician/Instructor), Cisco (Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT)), the National Safety Council (Defensive Driving Instructor), Nortel Networks (Nortel DMS-10 Maintenance), and GENBAND (Nortel/Genband C15 Maintenance, Translations, Voip, and SIP Certifications).
