Joe Blackwood

Joe Blackwood has worked in the engineering field for over 13 years. Joe started their career as Senior Director of Engineering at Xorail in June 2008 and held the position until January 2011. Joe then joined Wabtec Corporation, where they have been Vice President of Engineering since June 2008.

Joe Blackwood earned an Associate's degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician from John Patterson State in Montgomery, Al, completing their education in 1990.
