Shereen El Ashmawy

Shereen El Ashmawy is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong focus on Learning and Development. Currently serving as the Country Human Resources Manager at Wabtec Corporation since November 2022, Shereen previously held the position of Country Learning and Development Manager at IKEA from January 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing L&D strategies and managing various training programs. Prior roles include Learning and Development Manager at Al-Futtaim and Human Resources Specialist at IKEA, contributing to diverse HR functions such as performance management, employee engagement, and onboarding.
