Lukito Panji has worked in various roles across four companies. Lukito started their career at Multiply Indonesia in 2011 as a Customer Relation & Technical Support, where they were responsible for business process support, product support and minimizing & resolving technical problems. Lukito also worked as a Merchant Relations, inviting merchants to participate in new site testing and collecting “high-traffic” merchant’s contact information. In 2013, they joined Traveloka.com as an Operations Officer & Support Customer Service and then as a Customer Service Supervisor, where they were responsible for supervising the operation team, creating manual SOP for Customer Service and handling customer complaints and inquiries. Lukito then moved on to Ayoconnect in 2017, where they held the roles of Head of Business Development (Financial Institution Sector), Sr. Manager Business Development & of Billers Management and Sr. Manager Operations. Lukito is currently employed at Wagely as the Head Of Account Management.

Lukito Panji attended Universitas Trisakti from 2005 to 2009.
