Terenova Xu has been working in the recruitment and product industries since 2019. teranova began their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at BOSSHIRE, followed by an Executive Recruitment Consultant role and an Assistant Executive Recruitment Consultant role at BOSSHIRE, Indonesia. In 2019, they also took on a role as Product Staff at PT AICE ICE CREAM JATIM INDUSTRY. In 2022, they began working as a Talent Acquisition at Wagely, a responsible financial wellness platform.

Teranova Xu completed a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature at South China Normal University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, they obtained a diploma in a non-academic program from Jinan University in 2015-2016.
