Florian Kooistra

Florian Kooistra's work experience starts with their current position as the Head of Accounting (lid-MT) at Walibi Holland, which they began in March 2023. Prior to this role, Florian worked as a Finance officer a.i. at Walibi Holland from May 2022 to February 2023. In 2022, they also worked as a Finance Professional at Fit Professionals of Finance from February 2022 to February 2023. Florian's experience includes a role as Controller a.i. at PlastChem B.V. from February 2022 to May 2022. Florian worked as a Senior Assistent Accountant at HLB Nannen Accountants en Adviseurs from September 2019 to February 2022. Florian also served as the Penningmeester (Treasurer) at VV Emmen from April 2017 to February 2020, where they managed financial transactions, attended meetings, and oversaw the daily operations of the football association. Florian Kooistra has a diverse education history. In 2015, they started their bachelor's degree in Bedrijfseconomie at Stenden University, which they completed in 2018. In September 2016, Florian obtained a certification called "Propedeuse bedrijfseconomie" from Stenden University.

In 2017, Florian attended Hanzehogeschool Groningen/Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen for a minor/specialization in Governance, Risicomanagement en Compliance. Florian completed this program in the same year.

From 2018 to 2019, Florian pursued a bachelor's degree in Finance & Control at NHL Stenden University. After completing this degree, they attended Lindenhaeghe in 2019 to study WFT Basis.

Currently, Florian Kooistra is enrolled at Nyenrode Business University, where they are pursuing a pre-master's degree in Accountancy. Florian is expected to finish this program in 2022.
