Veronica has been an integral part of the Walker Methodist HR team since 2019, where she began as the HRIS/Benefits Manager, and was soon promoted to Director of HRIS, Benefits, and Compensation. Having served in a variety of Human Resources and benefits roles including positions with Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Science Museum of Minnesota, Robert Half Management Resources, and Kraft Foods and Nestle, Veronica is a wealth of knowledge as interim vice president of human resources.
Veronica is an experienced HR leader, skilled in coaching, benefits, acquisitions and divestitures, process implementation, compensation, leave management, onboarding, payroll, and building long-standing relationships.
