Agnes Ng

Agnes Ng has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Agnes currently holds the position of Director, Human Resources, Asia Pacific at Warner Chappell Music, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Consultant/Project Manager/Wealth Management Consultant from October 2018 to December 2021, providing strategic human resources coaching and business planning to location-based entertainment businesses in China.

Before their freelance role, Agnes served as Group Human Resources Manager at Emperor Group from July 2017 to August 2018. Agnes also had a brief freelance stint at Tiberius Productions Limited in 2017.

Agnes has a long history with Turner (Turner Broadcasting System, Inc), starting as an Admin Assistant/NetOps Assistant in 1994 and progressing to various HR roles, including Director, Human Resources, Asia Pacific and Senior Human Resources Manager. During their time at Turner, they provided HR consultative and strategic advice, implemented restructuring exercises, and handled a full spectrum of HR services for designated client groups.

Agnes began their career as a Special Conference Coordinator at HKUST in 1994.

Agnes Ng obtained a Global MBA degree from Alliance Manchester Business School. Agnes also obtained a certification in Chinese Labor Law and Industrial Relations from the National Human Resources and Social Security Ministry Training Center in China in August 2016.
