Paul Vandebussche has a diverse work experience in various marketing and social media roles. Paul started their career as a Marketing Manager at Stay True Inc in 2015, where they coordinated and collaborated on social media campaigns and developed content that increased user engagement and sales. After that, they joined ESPN as a Content and Operations specialist for a few months in 2016.

In the same year, Paul became the Founder and President of RedHawk Records, where they acted as a record label, marketing team, live production company, and artist manager. Paul successfully expanded the university's music scene and community through collaborations with other organizations and philanthropy events.

Paul then worked as an Event Brand Marketing Coordinator at AGAR in 2016, where they collaborated with P&G corporate and brand teams for a large music festival event. Paul recommended and implemented marketing activations, maintained influencer relations, and developed audience KPIs and revenue goals.

In 2017, Paul joined The Game Haus LLC as a Marketing and Brand Specialist. Paul executed multi-channel campaigns, implemented SEO and social paid media campaigns, and leveraged audience insights to increase engagement and retention.

Later in 2017, Paul worked at PNC as a Transaction Specialist and Teller Mentor, where they provided customer service, conducted financial transactions, and promoted bank products and services.

In 2018, Paul became a Social Media Associate at Vivial, where they partnered with clients to improve their online and social presence, developed marketing and creative content calendars, and led workshops to educate teams on social and digital marketing.

From 2019 to 2023, Paul worked at eBay in various social media roles. Paul started as a Social Media Manager and later became the Social Media Marketing Manager - Motors. In these roles, they led the re-launch strategy of eBay Motors on social media, collaborated on brand awareness campaigns, and contributed to the significant growth in followers on various platforms.

In 2022, Paul joined Eastern Michigan University Hockey as a Social Media Manager. Paul developed and executed a social media strategy, created engaging content, and reported on benchmarks and best practices.

Currently, Paul is working as an Associate Marketing Manager at Warrior Sports since 2023.

Paul Vandebussche obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Miami University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Interactive Media at Miami University. Prior to their enrollment at Miami University, Paul attended Northwest State Community College from 2011 to 2012, where they completed the Bachelor of Arts and Science (BA) Transfer Module.

In addition to their formal education, Paul Vandebussche has obtained several certifications. Paul received a certification in Social Media Marketing: Social CRM from LinkedIn in February 2023. In October 2022, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Graphic Design: Photoshop, also from LinkedIn. Furthermore, Paul acquired a certification in Google Analytics from Google in January 2019.
