David Dunne

David Dunne has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. David started their career as a Quality Assurance Technologist at HJ Heinz in 1994 and then worked as a Laboratory Analyst at Diageo from 1997 to 1998. From 2002 to 2019, they held various roles at Kerry Foods, including Process Manager, Technical Manager, Lean Coordinator, Manufacturing Operating Model Programme Manager, Head of Manufacturing, General Manager, and Transformation Director. In 2019, they joined Pilgrim's Food Masters as an Operations Director and later became the Director of Operational Excellence. Currently, David is the Managing Director of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Wasabi Sushi & Bento, a position they have held since April 2023.

David Dunne completed a Diploma in Business Management at University College Cork from 2009 to 2010. In the same year, 2009, they also earned a Certificate in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Kentucky. Prior to that, from 1998 to 1999, David obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Biology from the Institute of Technology, Carlow. Earlier, from 1996 to 1998, they completed a Diploma in Food Science at Dundalk Institute of Technology.
