Rebecca Baker

Rebecca Baker has extensive work experience in the field of talent management and recruitment. Rebecca is currently serving as the People Director at Wasabi Sushi & Bento since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Travelodge Hotels Limited, where they held various roles including Director of Talent and People Proposition and Head of Resourcing and Talent from 2015 to 2022. Rebecca also worked at Hutchison 3G as the Head of Channel Recruitment and Training, and earlier as the Director of Recruitment. Rebecca has experience leading teams, implementing competency frameworks, and delivering change programs. Before that, they worked at Orange Home, Wanadoo UK, Freeserve.com plc, and British Airways in recruitment-related positions.

Rebecca Baker pursued higher education at The University of Manchester from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology.
