Minjin Kim

Minjin Kim currently serves as the Head of Product at WASHSWAT, overseeing product owners and designers while also fulfilling interim marketing responsibilities. With extensive experience in product management and strategy, Minjin has held leadership roles at Chai Corporation, where responsibilities included managing product roadmaps and launching new payment solutions, and at Cafe24, focusing on the development of a new payments product for SMEs. Previous positions included Technical Product Owner at Viva Republica (Toss), TPM at Coupang, and NPI Project Manager at Siemens, where expertise in product introduction, lean manufacturing, and risk management was demonstrated. Minjin holds an MBA in Fintech from Sungkyunkwan University and a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Chung-Ang University.
