Head Of Customer Experience at Wasl Group

Malu Langkruis has extensive experience in the field of customer experience and digital transformation. Starting in 2009 as a Junior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, Malu specialized in advising and supporting in the Customer Experience domain, particularly in the Telco industry. They went on to become a Senior Consultant, focusing on driving customer-centric strategies and integrating digital solutions. In 2012, Malu joined EY as a Managing Consultant, leading the Customer Advisory unit and developing a global Customer Experience methodology. They then joined du in 2014, initially as a Senior Manager and later as the Digital Strategy Lead, responsible for delivering the strategic roadmap and introducing design methodologies. Most recently, Malu joined Deloitte Middle East in 2020 as a Customer Experience Advisor. They are currently the Head of Customer Experience at wasl group, starting in 2022.

Malu Langkruis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Radboud University in 2008. Later, in 2009, they earned a Master of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, also from Radboud University.
