Francis Musinguzi

Francis leads Water.org’s strategy, vision and water and sanitation program expansion in Africa. He is responsible for advancing the organization’s market expansion and strategy execution across the region to cultivate partnerships and initiatives that increase access to affordable financing for water and sanitation.

Francis brings more than 18 years of seasoned leadership with broad working experience across Africa. He started his professional journey as an engineer in the water and sanitation sector, drilling boreholes, building community and school sanitation facilities and working with water utilities. Since then, he has held leadership and technical roles at WaterAid, WASH Advocates and UNICEF. Francis also serves as a board member for the Africa Network of Water and Sanitation.
