Shashi Shetty

Shashi Shetty possesses extensive experience in human resources, having served in prominent roles across various organizations. Currently, Shashi is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Waters Corporation since January 2020, previously holding the position of Global HR Business Partner for the Clinical Business Unit and TA Instruments Division. Prior to this, Shashi worked at Philips from May 2010 to June 2017 as Head of HR for Healthcare Operations in India and as Regional HR Business Partner for the Western Region Commercial Organisation. Shashi's career began at TÜV SÜD in March 2002 as an Organizational Development Manager for South Asia Operations, following initial roles in Operations, Marketing, and Auditing. Shashi holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
