Ayomi Gomes has extensive experience in talent management, diversity and inclusion, and corporate communications. Ayomi has held leadership positions in various companies, including Watts Water Technologies and CIRCOR International, Inc., where they defined and implemented global strategies for talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and corporate communications. Ayomi also played a key role in designing and driving talent agendas, identifying and developing high potentials, and implementing talent development initiatives. Prior to this, they worked at the Massachusetts Port Authority and Wolverine World Wide, where they focused on organizational development, employee relations, and training. Ayomi's early career included a role at Novartis Institutes of BioMedical Research as an HR business partner and talent and organizational development specialist.

Ayomi Gomes has a diverse education background. Ayomi has completed an Executive Compensation: Strategies & Frameworks program at Wharton Executive Education, which they will finish in 2023. In 2016, they earned a Certificate in Strategic Decision Making and Risk Management from Stanford University. Ayomi holds a Master of Science degree in Leadership from Northeastern University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2008. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Simon Fraser University, earned from 2002 to 2006. Ayomi also holds a Diploma in Biological Sciences, which they acquired in 2002 from the Institute of Technological Studies. Aside from their degrees, Ayomi has obtained numerous certifications from various institutions, including the Human Capital Institute (HCI), Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, Korn Ferry, Washburn University, and DDI | Development Dimensions International.
