Carrie G. has an extensive background in human resources and leadership development. Carrie currently serves as the VP HR Americas at Watts Water Technologies, where they are responsible for creating water solutions that conserve energy and resources. Before joining Watts Water Technologies, Carrie was the VP, Global Learning & Talent Solutions at Vontier from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as a Sr HR Leader, where they led talent processes for the prime video business unit. Carrie also held leadership positions at Danaher Corporation as VP Global HR Tekcomms and at Solera Holdings as VP Regional HR for the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Their early experience includes serving as the Global Head of Learning & Development at Alcon within Novartis. Overall, Carrie G. has a strong background in HR and has proven their ability to lead and develop talent in various industries.
