Alex Aung

Alex Aung has a diverse work experience in the technology and operations field. In their most recent role at Wave Money, they served as the Director of Technical Operations & Architecture. Prior to that, they held positions as the Head of Technology Operations & Architecture and Head of Systems Engineering at the same company. Before joining Wave Money, Alex worked at Dimension Data as a Senior Programme Manager, where they managed major strategic accounts. Alex also gained valuable experience at NCS Group, where they held various positions including Technical Services Manager, Assistant Technical Services Manager, Senior Consultant & Team Manager, and Systems Consultant. Through their roles, Alex has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, optimizing operations, and driving technological advancements.

Alex Aung has a BSc (Hons) degree in Network Computing from Oxford Brookes University, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Internet Computing from Temasek Polytechnic, which they completed from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, they have also received certifications in Enterprise Agile: Changing Your Culture from Lynda.com, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2014.
