Kevin Turley has had an extensive career at UPMC Western Maryland since 1996, serving in various leadership roles, including Vice President Operations, Chief Strategy Officer, Business Development, Marketing and Planning, and Support Operations, among others. Turley participated as a Fellow in the Baldrige Executive Fellows Program from April 2016 to April 2017, which focused on developing senior executives for impactful leadership and performance excellence. Prior to UPMC, Turley was the Executive Director of Facilities and Materials Management at Sacred Heart Hospital from 1994 to 1996. Turley holds an MBA from Frostburg State University and a Regents Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University.
