Kaiser Morales is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as a Line Cook at Weber Grill Restaurant since September 2022, Morales has previously worked as a Line Cook at Capri Restaurant and held various management positions including Executive Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Manager at White Chocolate Grill. With significant leadership experience as Executive Chef at Carne Chophouse and Hofbrauhaus St. Petersburg, and as Sous Chef at both Hofbrauhaus Chicago and Courtright's, which is recognized as a 1 Michelin Star restaurant, Morales has honed expertise in culinary operations. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from College of DuPage and specialized training from Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana di Lucca.
