Claire Jones

Claire Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Claire started their career as a Corporate Communications Intern at Anglian Water Services in 2008. Claire then joined Tesco Stores Ltd in 2009, where they worked as a Corporate Affairs Graduate, UK Internal Communications Manager, and later as an Investor Relations Manager.

In 2014, Claire joined Whirlpool EMEA as a Corporate and Internal Communications Manager, where they led the company's employee communications during a period of significant change. Claire also played a crucial role in the acquisition and integration with Indesit.

Claire then moved on to Joyner & Jones in 2015, where they served as a Director. Following that, they joined Weber Shandwick in 2016 and held positions such as Senior Account Director, Associate Director, and Director of Employee Engagement.

Since 2018, Claire has been working at United Minds, a Weber Shandwick consultancy, as a Principal. In this role, they work closely with senior stakeholders and clients, leading projects related to organizational culture, change management, employee experience, and leadership development. Claire combines their in-house, consultancy, and coaching experience to create impactful programs focused on the human aspect of organizational change, ultimately driving business outcomes.

Claire Jones completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Durham University Business School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in History from Durham University between 2006 and 2009. In 2021, Claire Jones pursued a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including the EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) and Professional Designation at Practitioner level from EMCC Global in December 2022, and the Prosci certified change practitioner certification from Prosci in December 2020.
